Building Australia's LGBTQIAPN+ Wellbeing Movement
At Euphoria Foundation, we believe everyone deserves to feel connected, supported and like they belong.
We are a community-led LGBTQIAPN+ not-for-profit dedicated to improving wellbeing through connection, education and community.
We're not just an organisation that runs events—we're building Australia's growing LGBTQIAPN+ wellbeing movement.
Through the 314 Movement, community programs, education and partnerships, we create opportunities for people to connect, strengthen their wellbeing and support one another.
Whether someone joins us at an event, practises the 314 Movement each day, volunteers, partners with us or donates, they're helping build a more connected and inclusive future for LGBTQIAPN+ communities.

Euphoria Foundation exists because of our community.
Every event, conversation and connection is a reminder of why we do this work — creating spaces where LGBTQIAPN+ people feel seen, supported and like they belong.
“It was nice to really feel like I could just be myself. No pretense, no masking, just being. I felt comfortable in a way I rarely do.”
— 314 Movement participant
“It is important to physically see other queer people gathered in a space like this. It makes me feel less alone.”
— Community member
“Mental health is not always accessible, and queer people experience mental health challenges at higher rates. This provides a way to work on that while also providing connection and community.”
— 314 Movement attendee
“Euphoria Foundation gave me a place where I finally felt like I belonged. I found connection, support and a community where I could be myself.”
— Community member
Our community continues to remind us that belonging matters.
Through the 314 Movement, community gatherings, the People's Choice Awards Australia and our wider programs, we are building spaces where people can connect, celebrate, support each other and thrive.

Established in 2022.
Euphoria Foundation began with a simple idea.
Connection changes lives.
Our founders experienced firsthand the challenges many LGBTQIAPN+ people face, including discrimination, isolation and barriers to belonging.
Rather than accepting those experiences as inevitable, they created opportunities for people to come together in safe, welcoming and inclusive spaces.
What began as a grassroots community initiative has grown into a community-led organisation with a bigger ambition:
To build Australia's leading LGBTQIAPN+ wellbeing movement.
Today, Euphoria Foundation is shaped by volunteers, partners, supporters and community members who share that vision.
The movement belongs to everyone who chooses to be part of it.
Our founders T and Emma Origin StoryNearly 15 years ago, our journey as a couple began.
Seven years ago, as we planned our wedding, we faced an overwhelming number of rejections from venues and service providers — simply because we were a same-sex couple.
At the same time, we noticed that many LGBTQIAPN+ spaces didn’t meet our needs. We longed for more diverse, accessible, and safe social spaces that felt right for us. After all, we are all different.
When we began our fertility and parenting journey, we encountered homophobia within the public health system and wider community. Over seven years, it became painfully clear that there is still so much work to be done.
We are incredibly lucky to now have two beautiful children.
Our daughter is turning four this Sunday, and our little boy is now seven months old.
But our journey hasn’t been without heartbreak. Over our seven-year fertility journey, we experienced two losses — one at seven weeks and one at nineteen weeks. These devastating experiences exposed us to the public health system more than we ever anticipated. They were absolutely brutal, and we would never wish this pain on anyone. The grief has impacted us both profoundly and permanently. It has changed us to our core.
During this time, T was diagnosed with Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder (PMDD) and Premenstrual Exacerbation (PME), which cause severe depression, anxiety, and hopelessness. This has had a significant and ongoing impact on T’s daily life and mental health. Five years ago, T’s health declined dramatically, and they now live with a diagnosed disability.
These experiences inspired us to create Euphoria Social — an inclusive and uplifting space that prioritises mental wellness and social connection for LGBTQIAPN+ people.
Our Community
We were so pleased to discover that we were not alone.
Along the way, we’ve met people who are now like family. Years later, we are proud to have built the Euphoria Social community — a community we are truly grateful for.
Whether it’s through a social event, a workshop, or even skydiving to raise awareness, we have found our people.
Euphoria Social receives no government funding and operates entirely through the passion and dedication of our incredible volunteers. The organisation functions independently, and all community activities, initiatives, and decisions are made collectively under its not-for-profit structure.
While T and Emma may have founded Euphoria Social, it now belongs to the community.
You are the reason we show up, the reason we keep going, and the reason we are inspired every single day.

Every dollar raised helps us continue building stronger LGBTQIAPN+ communities through connection, wellbeing initiatives, events, resources, partnerships and the operational support needed to run our organisation responsibly.
As we grow, we remain committed to transparency, good governance and ensuring our resources create meaningful impact for the communities we serve.
