THE GALA & LGBTQIAPN+ People's Choice Awards
The GALA & People’s Choice Awards is an event dedicated to honoring and celebrating the vibrant and diverse LGBTQIAPN+ community in Victoria. It serves as a powerful platform to showcase the talents, achievements, and contributions of individuals from all backgrounds and identities.
This award holds significant importance as it not only acknowledges the remarkable accomplishments of LGBTQIAPN+ individuals but also underscores the ongoing efforts to foster inclusivity, acceptance, and equity for all members of the community.
By recognising and challenging biases that may hinder LGBTQIAPN+ individuals from achieving equality in all aspects of life, the GALA & People’s Choice Awards actively promotes social change and advocates for a more inclusive society. Through this celebration, we strive to uplift and empower LGBTQIAPN+ individuals, amplify their voices, and inspire others to embrace diversity and promote equality.
By honoring their achievements and contributions, we aim to create a more supportive and inclusive environment where everyone, regardless of sexual orientation, gender identity or ethnicity, can thrive and be celebrated for who they are.
Nominations will be evaluated by T, the founder of Euphoria Social.
The details provided on submission will be used to assess and determine whether the nomination is eligible to go through to public vote.
The purpose of these awards is to celebrate the remarkable achievements of Victoria's diverse LGBTQIAPN+ community. So please detail this is your submissions, we already know your awesome, but let's get deeper, we want to know more about you.
Shortlisting will take approximately one week from April 30th 2024. Finalists will be notified no later than 5th of May 2024.
The public will be the voting panel, voting on nominations and determine which nominees will go on to be finalists.
Voting will be based on details provided on submission, not a name or face, emphasizing merit rather than social status.

Voting closes at 6pm Sunday 12th May 2024.
Once the finalist has been selected, Euphoria Social will confirm the award winner for each category. Winners will be announced at the GALA and People's Choice Awards Event on July 1st.
