These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern applications for and use of community support funding administered by Euphoria Social Group Incorporated (“Euphoria Social,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By submitting an application, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.
1. Purpose of the Funding
The Euphoria Social Community Support Fund exists to reduce financial barriers for LGBTQIAPN+ individuals and community members in Victoria, Australia, who are seeking access to affirming mental health, wellness, and support services.
Funding is provided as community-based financial assistance, not as a clinical, therapeutic, or medical service.
2. Eligibility
To be eligible to apply, applicants must confirm that they:
Identify as LGBTQIAPN+, or are a genuine supporter or participant in the Euphoria Social community
Reside in Victoria, Australia
Are experiencing financial barriers to accessing affirming mental health or wellness support
Intend to engage respectfully and honestly throughout the application process
All eligibility confirmations must be acknowledged for an application to be accepted. Applications that do not meet eligibility criteria will not be reviewed.
3. Application Process
Each applicant is limited to one submission per person per round unless otherwise approved by Euphoria Social.
All information provided must be accurate, truthful, and complete.
Providing false or misleading information may result in application rejection or withdrawal of approved funding.
Submission of an application does not guarantee approval.
4. Funding Amounts & Use
Funding requests may be made for amounts up to $350 AUD.
Funding may only be used for the service described in the approved application.
Funding cannot be used for purposes unrelated to mental health, wellness, or affirming support.
Approved funding is typically paid directly to the service provider, not to the applicant, unless otherwise determined by Euphoria Social.
5. Service Providers
Applicants must nominate a service provider.
Preference may be given to providers based in Victoria, Australia.
Euphoria Social does not vet, endorse, supervise, or guarantee any service provider.
Applicants are solely responsible for:
Choosing their provider
Assessing suitability and qualifications
Engaging with the provider independently
6. No Medical or Therapeutic Advice
Euphoria Social Group Incorporated:
Does not provide medical, psychological, psychiatric, or therapeutic advice
Does not diagnose, treat, or manage mental health conditions
Does not replace professional care
All services accessed using this funding are done at the applicant’s own discretion and risk.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Euphoria Social is not liable for any outcomes, damages, losses, or dissatisfaction arising from services accessed using this funding
Euphoria Social makes no guarantees regarding the quality, effectiveness, or outcomes of funded services
Applicants release Euphoria Social Group Incorporated, its volunteers, committee members, and affiliates from any claims arising from participation in this program.
8. Privacy & Information Sharing
Euphoria Social is committed to respecting your privacy.
By applying, you consent to:
Collection of personal information for application assessment and administration
Sharing relevant details with Euphoria Social volunteers involved in processing applications
Sharing necessary information with your nominated service provider strictly for invoicing and payment purposes
Your information will not be sold or shared for marketing purposes.
9. Approval, Payment & Invoicing
If approved:
Applicants may be required to provide invoice details from their service provider
Invoices must be accurate and correspond to the approved service
Euphoria Social reserves the right to withhold or revoke funding if invoice requirements are not met
10. Community Impact & Story Sharing
By applying, you acknowledge that:
You may be invited to share feedback, a testimonial, or a short reflection on how the funding impacted you
You may choose to share your experience anonymously if preferred
Participation in storytelling or feedback is expected in good faith, but will always be handled respectfully and consensually
Your story may be used for community reporting, transparency, or advocacy purposes.
11. Consent to Updates
Applicants may optionally consent to receive updates, news, or communications from Euphoria Social. This consent can be withdrawn at any time.
12. Program Changes & Termination
Euphoria Social reserves the right to:
Modify these Terms & Conditions
Pause, amend, or discontinue the funding program
Decline or revoke funding at its discretion
Any changes will apply to future applications.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
14. Acknowledgement
By submitting an application, you confirm that you:
Have read and understood these Terms & Conditions
Agree to be bound by them
Accept that funding is discretionary and community-based
