314 Session - Loneliness

We all have moments where we feel a little disconnected.

Sometimes it’s because life gets busy. Sometimes it’s because we’re going through changes, feeling isolated, or finding it hard to reach out. For many LGBTQIAPN+ people, finding spaces where we feel comfortable, understood and connected can make a real difference.

That’s why Euphoria Foundation created the 314 Movement Online Peer Check-In — a free online space where LGBTQIAPN+ people can come together, take a moment for themselves and connect with others.

Each session begins with a simple 314 check-in:

3 Gratitudes — something you appreciate or want to acknowledge
1 Support — something you need or someone you can connect with
4 Breaths — a moment to pause and reset

From there, we open up a relaxed conversation around a different wellbeing topic.

This Session: Loneliness

For this session, we’ll be talking about loneliness.

Loneliness looks different for everyone. It might be feeling disconnected from others, missing community, struggling to find your place, or simply wishing you had someone to talk to.

Together, we’ll explore:

  • What loneliness means to us

  • How it can affect our wellbeing

  • The small things that help us feel more connected

  • How we can support ourselves and each other

You don’t need to have anything prepared. You don’t need to share if you don’t want to. You’re welcome to simply listen and be part of the space.

A Space to Come As You Are

The Online Peer Check-In is designed to be a gentle, welcoming and low-pressure space.

Whether you’re joining an LGBTQIAPN+ community space for the first time, or you’re looking for another way to stay connected, you are welcome.

This is not a therapy or counselling session. It is a community-led space built around connection, lived experience and mutual support.

We believe small moments of connection can have a big impact.
