Purpose

Euphoria Social Group Incorporated (“Euphoria Social”) uses social media to foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging community.

This Social Media Policy outlines our commitment to authenticity, respect, and safety across all our online platforms, including (but not limited to):

Instagram (@euphoria_social. @314movement and @lgbtfamiliesvic ) and Other official social media channels managed by Euphoria Social.

This policy is designed in line with our obligations under the Associations Incorporation Reform Act 2012 (Vic), the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).


Management and Oversight

Our social media is account is sometime managed by Kennedy Studios and by Euphoria Social’s volunteer committee in accordance with the association’s rules and governance framework.

The committee members and Kennedy Studios have collective administrative access to all messages, comments, and communications received via our official accounts.

This access is used solely for the purpose of advocacy, education, community engagement, event management, and organisational communication.

Committee members are expected to adhere to strict confidentiality, professionalism, and respectful communication standards at all times.

Engagement with Users

We aim to cultivate genuine, respectful, and inclusive interactions online.

Authenticity Matters:

We value authentic engagement and will not interact with accounts that appear to be fake, impersonating others, or displaying suspicious behaviour.

Respectful Community:

We welcome diverse perspectives but will not tolerate hate speech, bullying, harassment, or discrimination of any kind.

Content or comments that are abusive, defamatory, or otherwise harmful may be removed, and users posting such content may be blocked or reported.

Value Alignment:
