Volunteer With Euphoria Social

Euphoria Social Group Incorporated is a volunteer-run, community-led not-for-profit organisation based in Melbourne.

We exist to create joyful, safe, and inclusive spaces for LGBTQIAPN+ people, their families, and allies.

Through events, workshops, and community initiatives, we support connection, mental wellbeing, cultural pride, and belonging.

Our work is guided by a volunteer Board and a growing community of people who contribute their time, skills, and lived experience to help us grow sustainably and responsibly.

We value collaboration, accessibility, and diverse perspectives, and we aim to reflect the real needs of our community in everything we do.


Who We’re Looking For

We’re currently looking for people who want to contribute in a meaningful, ongoing way to the development and sustainability of Euphoria Social.

Rather than short-term or one-off volunteering, these roles are best suited to people who are interested in being part of the organisation’s ongoing operations, governance, or growth.

You don’t need to have perfect experience in everything listed — lived experience, willingness to learn, and alignment with our values are equally important.


Current Areas We Need Support In

  • Treasurer / Finance Support

  • Bookkeeping

  • Administration Support (supporting the Secretary and operations)

  • Memberships Coordination

  • Partnerships & Collaborations

  • Fundraising Support

  • Grants & Funding Applications

  • Operations & Organisational Development

We’re also open to hearing from people with other skills who feel aligned with our mission and want to contribute to long-term community impact.


What This Looks Like

These roles are about helping Euphoria Social remain stable, sustainable, and community-led.

That may include:

  • attending regular check-ins or meetings

  • supporting ongoing systems and processes

  • contributing to planning and delivery of initiatives

  • working collaboratively with other volunteers

  • helping us grow in a way that stays true to our values
